PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control of reference authority for a measurement value of a virtual measurement point on the basis of reference authority for a measurement value of an actual measurement point.SOLUTION: A virtual measurement point definition table 192 stores a definition formula including a measurement point variable in which a measurement value of actual measurement point is to be set, as a formula for calculating a measurement value of a virtual measurement point. An access control table 194 stores a user identifier, an actual measurement point ID, and reference authority information for the actual measurement point in association. For each measurement point variable included in the virtual measurement point definition formula stored in the virtual measurement point definition table 192, an information management unit 130 acquires from the access control table 194 the reference authority information for the actual measurement point associated with the user identifier and also with the actual measurement point identifier for identifying the actual measurement point corresponding to the measurement point variable. An access control unit 140 determines whether a user has authority to refer to a measurement value of the virtual measurement point on the basis of the reference authority information of each actual measurement point acquired by the information management unit 130. |
