摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize, in a hybrid vehicle provided with a heating device which uses cooling water of an engine, early deterioration of a battery while ensuring heating performance by the heating device.SOLUTION: While chargeable electric power of a battery is equal to or less than a predetermined value (YES at step S7), during stop of an engine, when temperature of engine cooling water becomes equal to or lower than a second lower limit temperature T3 which is set at a value higher than a first lower limit temperature T1 and lower than a first upper limit temperature, and when predetermined on-vehicle electric components are not in a state capable of consuming the electric power generated in association with engine start (YES at step S10), delay control is executed to start the engine. The delay control is the control of, when the predetermined on-vehicle electric components dose not become the state capable of consuming the electric power generated in association with engine start by the passage of a predetermined time from when the temperature of the engine cooling water becomes the second lower limit temperature T3, starting the engine when the predetermined time passes (step S12).
