PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat ray-shielding film which is excellent in transmission performance for a visible ray and in shielding performance for a near infrared ray, and with which coloring of a chromatic color scarcely takes place in reflected light.SOLUTION: A heat ray-shielding film 1A is arranged on a window plate 2, which has a substrate film 3 composed of a transparent resin, and has a multilayer metal layer 4 and a reflection color improving layer 5 arranged on the substrate film, in which the multilayer metal layer 4 is made of a laminate composed of one or more layers consisting of a metal and one or more layers consisting of a metal compound respectively, in which the reflection color improving layer 5 contains a coloring agent having the wavelength λmax of the maximum absorption peak of 580-620 nm in the visible ray region and a half band width of the maximum absorption peak of 50 nm or less in the visible ray region, and in which the reflection color improving layer 5 exists on the outdoor side of the multilayer metal layer 4. |
