PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical report creation device and a medical report creation program that make input of measured values in report creation easier than hitherto.SOLUTION: The medical report creation device includes: a storage unit for storing the correspondence of a plurality of measurement names concerning a medical image and codes for specifying measured values corresponding to the respective measurement names; an input unit for inputting patient information and a desired measurement name concerning the medical image; a support information creation unit for acquiring a measured value corresponding to the input patient information and measurement name by searching a database in which at least one measured value concerning the medical image is stored for each patient, on the basis of the input patient information and measurement name, and the correspondence stored in the storage unit, and creating input support information using the acquired measured value; a display unit for displaying the input support information; and a report creation unit for creating a medical report using the displayed input support information. |
