PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress simply with an inexpensive device, the vibration of a die cushion force, occurring after collision of a slide and a cushion pad.SOLUTION: A die cushion force control method for generating a die cushion force on a cushion pad based on a previously set die cushion command value includes the steps of: outputting at first a die cushion command value F1 equal to or more than a target die cushion command value in order to suppress initial over shoot of a die cushion force occurring when setting a stepwise target die cushion command value as a die cushion command value; outputting a die cushion command value continuously decreased (in a tapered state) so as to be a die cushion command value F2 smaller than a target die cushion command value; and outputting a die cushion command value increased in a tapered state so as to be a target die cushion command value F3. |
