PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppressing device which suppresses cracks and breaking of a jumper wire for connecting optical fiber composite overhead ground wires suspended by an anchor clamp to both sides of a steel tower.SOLUTION: A vibration suppressing device has an aluminum-coated steel strand 10; aluminum-coated steel strand terminals 20 compressed and connected to both ends of the aluminum-coated steel strand 10; and a plurality of clamps 30 gripping the aluminum-coated steel strand 10 and a jumper wire. The aluminum-coated steel strand terminal 20 is fixed to an anchor clamp coupling plate 45 of an anchor clamp 40. The clamps 30 gripping the aluminum-coated steel strand 10 and the jumper wire 65 near a center of the aluminum-coated steel strand 10 are fixed to a steel tower 50. |
