PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device and the like that can efficiently test the communication quality of a network.SOLUTION: An information providing device comprises: a request signal receiving unit that receives a request signal for communication quality measurement transmitted by a first communication device via a first network connected with the first communication device and a second network connected with the information providing device; an identifying unit that identifies the first network on the basis of the request signal received by the request signal receiving unit; and an information transmitting unit that transmits information to be used in the communication quality measurement on the first network identified by the identifying unit to the first communication device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
