PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull out a pin to one side after the pin is driven and positioned from the same one side to a splice plate overlapped on a base material such as a steel frame or a steel material.SOLUTION: A splice plate 12 is overlapped on a base material 11, a pin 1 is inserted from one side into a hole 12a of the splice plate, driven into a bolt hole 11a of the base material and positioned, and the pin 1 is then pulled out to the one side. Namely, while threading and mounting a drive socket 3 to a male screw part 2b at one end side of the pin 1, the other end side of the pin 1 is inserted from one side to the hole 12a of the splice plate, driven into the bolt hole 11a of the base material and positioned, and after the drive socket 3 is removed, a pull-out inner socket 4 is then threaded and mounted to the male screw part 2b. Further, a pull-out outer socket 5 is threaded and mounted to the pull-out inner socket 4, the pull-out outer socket 5 is rotated by a machine W and the pin 1 is pulled out to the one side together with the pull-out inner socket 4. |
