PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller fan capable of increasing thrust force of a blade, reducing a leakage air flow from an outer peripheral part of the blade, restricting development of blade end eddy and improving a fan efficiency.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a propeller fan 100 provided with a plurality of blades 10 fixed in a prescribed space in a peripheral direction to an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical hub 9. The blade 10 is provided with a recess 7 formed while its rear edge 8 is being recessed, a contour 13 of the recess 7 is constituted by a first arc 11 bulged out to form toward an inner peripheral side of the blade 10 and a second arc 12 bulged out to form toward an outer peripheral side of the blade 10, one ends of each of the far sides from the rear end 8 of the first arc 11 and the second arc 12 are connected to each other to form an extremity end 14. |
