PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stably producing a polycarbonate resin composition containing a phosphazene compound and excellent in rigidity and fire retardancy in a good productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided the method of producing a polycarbonate resin composition by melt-kneading the polycarbonate resin composition by using an extruder, the polycarbonate resin composition containing (A) a polycarbonate resin of 20 to 62 pts.mass, (B) a reinforcement filler of 35 to 60 pts.mass and (C) a granular phosphazene compound having a bulk density of 0.4 to 1.5 g/ml and a ratio on a sieve with opening of 400 μm, of 55 mass% of 3 to 20 pts.mass. The extruder has at least two or more supply ports, the polycarbonate resin (A) is supplied from the supply port positioned in the most upstream side, the granular phosphazene compound (C) is supplied from the supply port positioned in the most upstream side alone or while being mixed with the polycarbonate resin (A), a part of the reinforcement filler (B) is supplied from the supply port positioned in the most upstream side and the rest is supplied from the supply port positioned in a downstream side or its total amount is supplied from the supply port positioned in the downstream side. |
