PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandwich panel structure in which a water-absorptive material is selected for foam material/honeycomb material/air non-permeable surface material, and an adhesive selects an emulsion based adhesive in which the adhesive is infiltrated into a water-absorbing material, and reinforcement and adhesive strength of the material can be secured by an effect of allowing the adhesive to infiltrate into a surrounding material.SOLUTION: An emulsion based adhesive 4 is adhered on both sides of a top part of a honeycomb material 2. One side of the top part is bonded with an air-permeable surface material 1, and is pushed into a honeycomb cell space until a water- absorptive communication-cell rigid foam material 5 is brought into contact with the air-permeable surface material 1, and an agent 3 adhered on the other top part is attached to a honeycomb material wall by the absorptive communication-cell rigid foam material 5, and pushed and spread to a lower part, and adhered with a cell wall and the absorptive foam material 5, and a non-air permeable surface material 8 is adhered on the surface not in contact with the surface material 1 of the absorptive foam material 5 by an emulsion based adhesive 13. |
