PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recreate an operation plan for a car sharing system according to situation change.SOLUTION: An operation management system of a car sharing system comprises: simulation means which performs simulation by using input environmental parameters and operation plan to calculate an evaluation index value for the operation plan in an environment represented by the environmental parameters; plan acquisition means which acquires a current operation plan; environmental parameter acquisition means which acquires actual values of the environmental parameters; evaluation means which performs simulation by using the input acquired environmental parameters and operation plan to acquire an evaluation index value of the operation plan; and replanning means which, when the acquired evaluation index value is not within a target range, performs simulation of a plurality of operation plans under the environmental parameters by the simulation means, and selects a further appropriate operation plan. |
