PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel oxygen-absorbing paper container exhibiting an excellent oxygen absorption performance and capable of inhibiting post-oxygen-absorption odor generation without using a material sensitive to metal detectors and to provide an oxygen-absorbing paper container exhibiting an excellent oxygen absorption performance under broad humidity conditions ranging from low to high humidities.SOLUTION: The provided oxygen-absorbing paper container is an oxygen-absorbing paper container obtained by assembling a box from an oxygen-absorbing multilayer body consisting of at least four layers and obtained by laminating, in proper order, an isolation layer including a thermoplastic resin, an oxygen-absorbing layer consisting of an oxygen-absorbing resin composition including a copolymerized polyolefin compound and a transition metal catalyst, a gas barrier layer including a gas barriering substance, and a paper substrate layer. The copolymerized polyolefin compound includes a constituent unit possessing at least one type of tetralin ring. |
