PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic imaging apparatus capable of more effective lighting.SOLUTION: The diagnostic imaging apparatus in this embodiment includes a cradle and a lighting control part. The cradle has a built-in imaging part for imaging a subject. The cradle also includes a lighting part on the side surface for generating light in a shape corresponding to a part excluding a part to which a bed is connected on the bed side.
