PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which has functions enabling a resident to: store or change clothes without requiring the resident who gets back to an entrance from an outside location to bring the clothes to a habitable room; easily store an article for external use; and deodorize and sterilize the stored clothes.SOLUTION: A storage room 14 with deodorizing and sterilizing functions is arranged next to a low ceiling storage space below an intermediate floor 3. The storage room 14 with the deodorizing and sterilizing functions can be communicated with: the low ceiling storage space through a first fitting 16; an entrance 17 through a second fitting; and a passageway leading to the entrance 17 through a third fitting. A fourth fitting 38 is installed on a partition wall between a stair landing 4a included in the intermediate floor 3 and the storage room 14 with the deodorizing and sterilizing functions. A hanging pipe 39 is installed on a ceiling of the storage room 14 with the deodorizing and sterilizing functions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
