PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of appropriately limiting the use of image forming processing performed in the image forming apparatus by using an application.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus capable of executing an application receives input of a control signal (API) in association with the execution of the application (S101), and determines whether or not image forming processing directed in the control signal is limited (S103). When the image forming apparatus determines that the image forming processing directed in the control signal is limited, it performs processing to replace the image forming processing directed in the control signal (S105 to S111), and performs the replaced image forming processing (S113). |
