PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical member which allows contents to be extracted entirely from the inside of a package, and which is easily attached to the package.SOLUTION: A cylindrical member 1 is formed with a non-heat fusable thermoplastic resin layer 7 on more than a semicircle of an inner surface of a portion including at least a base of a tubular thermoplastic resin-made cylindrical body having heat fusability, and thus adhesion between the inner surfaces of the cylindrical body can be avoided, contents are entirely extracted, and the cylindrical member 1 can be manufactured by a normal heat-sealing device and easily attached to the package. |
