PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of performing proper air conditioning even when the partition of an air conditioning space is opened.SOLUTION: An air conditioner photographs an image every 5 minutes with an image pickup device 131, and determines the presence/absence of a partition on the basis of the presence/absence of a difference point between a previous image and a current image, and the height on the image of the upper edge part of the difference point. Also, the air conditioner detects temperature distribution in a room with a temperature detection element 132, and detects that the partition is opened, on the basis of the temperature difference between a difference point portion and the other portions. When air blown out from an air outlet 126 is made swung to right and left, the air conditioner enhances an air velocity in a partition direction or slows swing speed, so that air reaches the depth of an opening formed by opening the partition. |
