PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device that can equalize brightness of light source and reduce manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A lamp device 30 comprises: at least one light source 32 for a vehicle including at least one light-emission diode and/or at least one laser element; a memorizing part 24 that memorizes lamp ID information of the light source 32, rank information showing a rank of the light source 32 and destination information showing a destination of a vehicle in association with each other; and a brightness control part 29 that determines a driving current of the light source 32 on the basis of the lamp ID information, the rank information and the destination information, and controls brightness of the light source 32. The rank information and the destination information are written into the memorizing part 24 by a data writing device 60. When the light source 32 is driven at a reference current by the brightness control part 29, reference brightness (the rank information) of the light source 32 is measured by a brightness measurer 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
