PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a steel shell exterior shape of a mixer truck furnace body, which can precisely and quickly measure an overall shape of the steel shell exterior.SOLUTION: A steel shell exterior is partitioned into at least three regions in the circumferential direction of a steel shell, one three-dimensional laser scanner is disposed at one fixed position outside a furnace body, the furnace body is rotated in the circumferential direction of the steel shell with a prescribed angular pitch, and the steel shell exterior is measured by the three-dimensional laser scanner with the prescribed angular pitch to acquire as many three-dimensional steel shell exterior partial images as partitioned regions, and these obtained three-dimensional steel shell exterior partial images are integrated into one to obtain a three-dimensional steel shell exterior overall image. In the shape measurement, at least three reference points are placed in each of the partitioned regions of the steel shell exterior such that a measurement error of the steel shell exterior shape falls within a tolerance. |
