PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film including a white polyester film, of which the partial discharge voltage is sufficiently high even after a lapse of long time, and with which generation efficiency of a solar cell can be increased, and to provide a back sheet for a solar cell module, and the solar cell module.SOLUTION: A laminate film has a polyester film 1, a polymer layer 3 laminated on one surface of the polyester film, and a functional layer 5 laminated on the other surface thereof. The polyester film has two surface layer regions which are regions extending from respective surfaces of the polyester film to a depth corresponding to 2% of an average film thickness of the polyester film respectively. The polyester film includes fine particles with a content of 0.3-5.0 mass% based on polyester included in the polyester film. In the laminate film, 40-80% of the fine particles exist in the surface layer region, an average film thickness of the polymer layer is 0.03-0.5 μm, and an average film thickness of the functional layer is 4.0-8.0 μm. |
