Provided is a quality management server for recyclable waste paper and a method for the same. The quality management server for recyclable waste paper according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a storage and release registration unit at which storage information or release information of bales of recyclable waste paper is registered via an administrator or business operator terminal; an inspection registration unit at which inspection information including the moisture content of a bale selected from among registered bales is registered via the administrator or business operator terminal; a moisture management unit for determining, on the basis of the registered moisture content, the average moisture content and the total reduction rate corresponding thereto; and a management DB in which the storage information or release information, and the inspection information are saved. |
