PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glassine paper having high transparency and good formation (uniform transparency).SOLUTION: There is provided glassine paper containing at least pulp and starch and the starch is amphoteric starch. High transparency and efficient strength can be achieved by setting the content of the amphoteric starch at 1 to 10 wt.% with respect to a total pulp weight, and further transparency can be enhanced by containing a cationic agent. |
