摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that has a capacitor disposed compactly between a DC-DC converter and a three-phase inverter.SOLUTION: The power conversion device comprises: a DC-DC converter 3a having switching elements and a transformer to convert first DC power to second DC power by on-off action of the switching elements; an inverter 6 for converting the second DC power to three-phase AC power by on-off action of switching elements to feed a three-phase load; and a high frequency capacitor 5 disposed on an output side of the DC-DC converter 3a. As to an input current to the inverter 6, the DC-DC converter 3a passes a ripple current having a low frequency up to about six times an output frequency of the inverter 6, and rejects a high frequency ripple current generated by on-off action of the switching elements of the inverter 6. The high frequency ripple current is absorbed by the high frequency capacitor 5.
