The invention provides a sealing apparatus for an organic EL, a manufacturing apparatus for a sealing roll film, and a sealing system for the organic EL. A sealing substrate is highly-precisely bonded on an OLED substrate and the manufacturing operation can be highly-efficiently carried out. A sealing device for the organic EL is formed in the following steps: when an OLED base material film (21) is clamped by film holders (69a, 69b), by use of a film holder (71a) used as a holding component, a guiding roll (57), a stripping roller (63a) and a film holder (71b), the sealing roll film (19) is kept in the following state: a sealing substrate (17) bonded on the sealing roll film (19) is opposite to an OLED substrate (22) bonded on the OLED base material film (21). Via a sealing component, which is formed by a lower workbench (66), a sealing substrate pasting mechanism (61), a carrier stripping mechanism (63), an upper workbench (67) and a static clamp disc (68), the OLED substrate (22) and the sealing substrate (17) are mutually opposite are bonded and sealed. |
