PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural product dryer in which initial combustion of a gun-type burner is stabilized.SOLUTION: The agricultural product dryer equipped with a drying chamber (3), a storage chamber (2) and an elevator (11) is provided with a gun-type burner (5) to which fuel is delivered from a low-combustion fuel pump (56a) and a high-combustion fuel pump (56b) and a far-infrared radiator (23) having a space inside through which hot blast flows. The dryer further includes a control unit (38) for: in starting of the combustion of the burner (5), intermittently driving the low-combustion fuel pump (56a) to start low-volume combustion of the burner (5); and after elapse of a set time, intermittently driving the high-combustion fuel pump (56b) while intermittently driving the low-combustion fuel pump (56a), thereby performing high-volume combustion of the burner (5). |
