PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire, capable of providing a variety of flow adjusting effect on the basis of a pattern formed of border lines appeared in a groove between rubber bodies.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire includes the steps of forming, on a surface of a groove of tread, at least one outer layer made of thermoplastic elastomer composition containing mixture of thermoplastic resin and elastomer, and removing at least a part of the outer layer by laser processing or buff processing. |
