PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of inspecting the presence or absence of burrs in the surface of an inspection object.SOLUTION: In the determination control performed by an inspection device, an edge line for representing a change of an undulation of an edge portion is acquired based on an edge portion image of an inner peripheral surface of the acquired sleeve (step S110 to step S150). Further, a ratio occupied by a portion of a reference edge height or more is calculated for every reference edge height set at a constant edge height interval by using the acquired edge line, and a relationship between each reference edge height and the calculated ratio is displayed in graph to prepare a shape characteristic line map (step S160). A determination threshold is set based on the shape characteristic line map (step S170), and a portion larger in edge height than the determination threshold is extracted by using the acquired edge line, and thereby, the burrs are determined to exist in that portion (step S180). |
