PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a secondary battery stored in a storage battery pack used for various kinds of apparatuses.SOLUTION: After acquiring a history of discharge from a storage battery pack made on an electric apparatus which uses storage battery pack, the storage battery pack is charged according to the history. When the discharge amount is small in a period between the charges, the charging voltage is lowered; and when the charge is made after the battery level lowers in a predetermined period from the previous charge is made, the charging current is lowered. Thus, the secondary batteries stored in the storage battery pack are prevented from deteriorating. Also, since the storage battery pack is charged according to the electric apparatus which uses the storage battery pack, the secondary batteries stored in the storage battery pack are prevented from deteriorating. |
