The block (3) is surrounded by a draining layer and by a sealed, flexible, gas-impermeable sheath; suction is implemented from the top of the volume enclosed by the sheath to create therein a high degree of vacuum; polymerizable liquid resin is fed from the bottom of said volume to cover the entire surface of the block (3) with vacuum conditions inside the sealed volume; the vacuum is maintained while the block (3) is placed in an autoclave (13) creating pressure outside said sealed sheath. |
