PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized access to an electronic apparatus by a portable terminal device which can arbitrarily access the electronic apparatus, even when the portable terminal device is lost or stolen.SOLUTION: When an indirect access request from a portable terminal device 2 to an electronic apparatus 3 through an information management server device 1 is received, the information management server device 1 determines whether or not the request is from the portable terminal device 2 capable of accessing the electronic apparatus 3 by referring to an apparatus information table ET, determines whether or not the request is from the portable terminal device 2 which is permitted to use the terminal by referring to a terminal information table TT, and transmits apparatus authentication information of the electronic apparatus 3 to the portable terminal device 2 of a request source when it is determined that the request is from the portable terminal device 2 capable of accessing the electronic apparatus 3 and which is permitted to use the terminal. |
