PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition capable of forming a hard coat layer having sufficient anti-blocking performance and high hardness.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition contains: a first component composed of at least one resin; a second component selected from the group consisting of monomers or oligomers containing a (meth)acryloyl group; and a third component composed of at least one polyether-modified silicone oil.
