The invention relates to a transaction apparatus and a transaction program, which inhibit the execution of transactions by using erroneous transaction information when the input of the transaction information is received from a user for conducting the transaction in the transaction apparatus. The invention relates to a transaction apparatus which conducts transactions with users. The transaction apparatus is characterized by comprising a unit which receives the input of transaction information containing multiple characters from a user, a unit for keeping resume transaction information, a unit for detecting information similar to the input transaction information in the resume transaction information, a unit which, when any resume transaction information similar to the input transaction information is detected, at least prompts the detected resume transaction information for the user for selection by the user, and a unit which conducts transaction by using the transaction information selected by the user. |
