A centrifugal separation apparatus(1) includes a plurality of centrifugal separators (10, 10A~10G) each comprising a rotator (13) which supports a plurality of sample containers (18) containing a sample therein, a base in which the centrifugal separators (10,10A~10G) are arranged in columns and stages and a route(Pa) is defined therein, the centrifugal separators (10, 10A~10G) being movable inside the base(20), and a movement mechanism(30) that sequentially move the centrifugal separators(10,10A~10G) along the route(Pa) in the base(20). |
