Shutter device and switchgear apparatus using such shutter device

Shutter device for a switchgear apparatus comprising stationary electric contacts and a circuit breaker having movable electric contacts. The shutter device comprises:
- a panel element movable between a non-protective position in which the panel element enables the movable electric contacts to couple with corresponding stationary electric contacts, and a protective position in which the panel element hinders coupling to the stationary electric contacts;
- driving lever means configured for driving said panel element upon a movement of the movable electric contacts;
- a cam portion provided on the driving lever means and suitable for interacting with pin means which are movable together with the movable electric contacts; the cam portion and the pin means are arranged for preventing disengagement of the driving levers from the pin means during functioning of the shutter device.
