A multilayer substrate is provided with a laminate (12) having a plurality of resin layers comprising flexible resin, which are stacked. In the laminate (12) are disposed deformable flexible portions (120) which, as viewed from the stacking direction of the resin layers, extend in strip shapes while repeatedly changing the direction of travel thereof. The flexible portions (120) include folded portions (37) at positions where the direction of travel is changed. The laminate (12) additionally has metallic reinforcement layers (28) which are provided on portions upon the surface of the folded portions (37) when seen from the stacking direction of the resin layers (21), and which are not connected to any other electric circuit in the laminate (12). By way of this configuration, a multilayer substrate is provided in which durability is improved while securing flexibility of the flexible portions. |
