PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image identification device that identifies an input image to detect an abnormal state in the image.SOLUTION: An image identification device includes change area extraction means for extracting an image change area from an input image series, vector extraction means for extracting motion vectors on the basis of the image change area, feature amount generation means for generating a feature amount showing the positional relationship and quantitative relationship between the motion vectors on an image, and identification means for identifying the image on the basis of the feature amount and outputting information on a result of the identification. |
