PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive which has a high adhesive force at high temperatures and can be easily peeled off from an adherend.SOLUTION: There is used a vinyl-based copolymer (A), which contains a bridged cyclic methacrylate (A1) having a bridged cyclic hydrocarbon group, a bridged cyclic acrylate (A2) having a bridged cyclic hydrocarbon group and a non-bridged cyclic vinyl compound (A3) having a polar group as a polymerization component, as an adhesive. The vinyl-based copolymer (A) has a glass transition temperature of approximately 120 to 200°C. A mixture of the vinyl-based copolymer (A) and a vinyl-based copolymer (B) having a glass transition temperature lower than that of the vinyl-based copolymer (A) may be used as an adhesive for back grinding. The vinyl-based copolymer (B) may contain a bridged cyclic acrylate (B1) having a bridged cyclic hydrocarbon group and a non-bridged cyclic vinyl compound (B2) having a polar group as a polymerization component. |
