PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose: a component composition desirable as an Al, Ti-containing Fe-Ni-Cr-based alloy excellent in surface property; and a favorable method of producing the Al, Ti- containing Fe-Ni-Cr-based alloy.SOLUTION: The Al, Ti-containing Fe-Ni-Cr-based alloy is provided which contains C≤0.1 mass%, Si:0.05 to 1.0 mass%, S≤0.0015 mass%, Ni:17 to 46 mass%, Cr:18 to 25 mass%, Al:over 0.06 to 0.6 mass%, Ti:0.2 to 1.0 mass%, N≤0.02 mass%, O:0.0001 to 0.005 mass%, Mg:0.0001 to 0.008 mass%, Ca:0.0001 to 0.003 mass%, where Mg and Ca are contained while satisfying [mass%Ca]≤0.0002+10and the balance mainly Fe. The method of producing the Al, Ti- containing Fe-Ni-Cr-based alloy is also provided. |
