The securing device (10) has a holding unit (13) which is lockable by a counter-holding unit for locking the wing element on the frame. The counter- unit has a two-part basic structure with a mounting plate (14) and a lock body (15) pivotally arranged on the mounting body. The holding unit is lockable by a closure of the lock body on the mounting plate and is releasable by opening of the lock body from the mounting plate.
