PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid analyzer having a function of detecting a jamming in a channel using a general liquid level detecting function included in a dispensation nozzle and automatically cleaning the inside of the channel.SOLUTION: The nucleic acid analyzer detects the liquid level of an inlet after liquid is dispensed from a dispensation nozzle 107 to a reaction unit including a channel system. The channel system is formed of the inlet 110, a reaction channel 121 connected to the inlet, and a waste liquid channel 202 connected to the reaction channel. When the liquid level of the inlet is higher than a threshold, the nucleic acid analyzer determines that the channel system is jammed, and injects cleaning fluid from the inlet to the channel system to clean it. |
