PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided grill in which combustion exhaust of a lower fire burner reaches to the center of a grill box so as not to cause unevenness of burning on the lower surface of an object to be cooked, and excessive air supply to a lower fire burner and an upper fire burner is suppressed so as to prevent decrease in energy consumption efficiency.SOLUTION: A double-sided grill 40 includes: a grill box 30 for accommodating an object to be cooked 34; an upper fire burner 32a which is provided on the ceiling of the grill box 30; a lower fire burner 32b which is provided in the lower part of both right and left side walls of the grill box 30; and an exhaust passage 51 which is connected to the grill box 30 so as to guide cooking exhaust to an exhaust outlet 45 thereabove. In the double-sided grill 40, a partition plate 53 which partitions an inlet of the exhaust passage 51 to divide cooking exhaust into an upper flow exhaust 38 and a lower flow exhaust 39 so as to form a second exhaust passage 52 for guiding the lower flow exhaust 39 toward the exhaust outlet 45. |
