PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing smoking in molten iron tapping without using metallic aluminum.SOLUTION: There is provided a preventing method of smoking in molten iron tapping by putting a particulate matter having a median particle diameter of 1.0 to 5.0 mm in a molten iron vessel during tapping when molten iron having the carbon content of 2 mass% or more is tapped to the molten iron vessel. |
