An expansion valve (1) according to an embodiment includes a mounting hole (12): that has its central axis at a height position between a first refrigerant passage (13) and a second refrigerant passage (14) in the body (2) thereof; that is provided so as to penetrate a first side surface (S1) and a second side surface (S2); and that is used for inserting, from the side of the second side surface (S2), a bolt (62) for fastening a mounting member on an evaporator side and the body (2). The mounting hole (12) has, in an inside thereof, a stopper surface (70) for stopping the head (66) of the bolt (62) in an insertion direction, and the stopper surface (70) is formed so as to be located near to the first side surface (S1) relative to a central axis of a shaft (33). |
