PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately supply oxygen-dissolved water of a stable concentration to an object water zone for water environment improvement such as a bottom layer part of a river or lake.SOLUTION: An oxygen-dissolved water supply system 1 has a raw water tank 20, an oxygen dissolving device 30, and a cyclone type defoaming device 40 at the delivery side of an underwater pump 11. The oxygen dissolving device 30 is continuously charged with an oxygen gas generated by an oxygen generator 50. The oxygen gas is charged through a gas discharge port located at the lower side of a current plate for forming a water film in the oxygen dissolving device 30 and forms an oxygen gas layer of a sufficient thickness and a stable concentration near the water surface. Treatment water having high-concentration oxygen dissolved in the oxygen dissolving device 30 is discharged to the vicinity of a river bottom by a discharging device 60 after bubbles are removed in the defoaming device 40. |
