A separation chamber (100) with multiple counter flow media inlet (130) is provided. An electric field is generated in the chamber through electrodes (132,136). A separation medium is introduced through separation medium inlet (120) into separation chamber. A sample for separation is introduced through sample inlet (126). The counter flow media of different properties are introduced through counter flow medium inlets into separation chamber. The separated portions of sample is collected through several collection outlet (128). |
