1. An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device, comprising:
a flexible substrate bent in a first direction and having a pixel region; an organic light emitting diode of a pixel in the pixel region arranged on the flexible substrate; a driving thin film transistor connected to the organic light emitting diode and including a driving channel area extending in a second direction that crosses the first direction; at least one additional thin film transistor comprising a semiconducting layer connected to a semiconductor layer of the driving thin film transistor and at least one additional channel area extending in the second direction; a first organic insulation layer covering the driving channel area and the at least one additional channel area; and a second organic insulation layer covering a first gate electrode, wherein the at least one additional thin film transistor is a switching thin film transistor of the pixel in the pixel region.
