The (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (a) includes a (meth)acrylic acid ester homopolymer having a glass transition temperature of 25° C. to 50° C. and/or a random copolymer of a (meth)acrylic acid ester whose homopolymer has a glass transition temperature higher than 37° C. and a (meth)acrylic acid ester whose homopolymer has a glass transition temperature lower than 37° C. The (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (a) has a glass transition temperature of 25° C. to 50° C., has tan δ at 37° C. of 0.10 or more as determined by dynamic mechanical analysis, and has no melting point.
