Disclosed is a smart home energy management method based on social networking behavior detection, comprising: S101) collecting social networking data of a user and external environment data; S102) detecting a social networking behavior of the user; S103) estimating a user environment demand; S104) updating and determining the user demand; S105) optimizing an appliance device control policy in an event-driven manner; and S106) updating a control policy of a smart home control module according to a result in step S105), and skipping to step S101) to continuously monitor the user social networking data. The present invention identifies and predicts, by monitoring social networking software and mail management software of a user, a social networking behavior of the user in real time, estimates and updates demands of the user for the home environment, generates a scheduling policy for various smart home appliance devices, and actively controls the home appliance devices, thereby meeting comfort requirements of the user on the home environment, and reducing the electricity costs.
