Disclosed is an exercise machine for enhancing qi and blood, comprising two structures: one structure comprising a base plate (1), a high-frequency spiral vibrator (2), a pedal board (3), a handle (5), a safety buckle (4), an upper pull rod (6), an upright rod (7), a bottom-widened back link (8), an auxiliary rod (9), a massage foot pad (10) and a rubidium iron boron magnet (11); the other structure comprising a high-frequency spiral vibrator (1'), a triangular cross link (2'), a pedal board (3'), a safety buckle (4'), a handle (5'), an upper cross rod (6'), an upright rod (7'), a massage foot pad (8') and a rubidium iron boron magnet (9'). A protruding nanocrystal tourmaline far infrared rubber is arranged outside of the skeleton of the two structural handles (5, 5'). The massage foot pads (10, 8') are made of the nanocrystal tourmaline far infrared rubber and the rubidium iron boron magnets (11, 9') are implanted into the massage foot pads (10, 8'). The exercise machine for enhancing qi and blood integrates traction therapy and exercise therapy. A person undergoes a traction therapy, a hand-and-foot massage therapy, magnetotherapy, an infrared therapy, a spiral vibration therapy and an exercise therapy, while rotating repeatedly, pulling the upper limbs and the body, and doing squats and pull-ups repeatedly, to achieve the integration of treatment and fitness and improve the efficacy of treatment. |
